How much does a project cost?+
Every project is quoted to what you actually need — one clear, fixed price agreed before we start. No bloated packages, no retainers you can't cancel, no surprises. A short free call is the quickest way to a real number.
How long does a project take?+
Most website projects run about six weeks from first conversation to launch. Larger software and marketing engagements are phased — you'll see the timeline in the plan before anything starts.
Who will I actually be working with?+
The people doing the work — a small, senior team. No juniors learning on your project, no hand-offs, no account-manager layer. You get direct answers from the person building your thing.
Do I own what you build?+
Yes — completely. Your code, your accounts, your files. We build everything to be yours, so you're never locked in to us or anyone else.
What happens after launch?+
We ship it properly, show you how everything works, and stick around. You get 30 days of support included, a recorded walkthrough for your team, analytics and Search Console set up and verified, and a full handover of code, files and accounts. Care plans cover updates, backups, security and small tweaks — and you can cancel any time.
Do you work with clients outside your country?+
Yes — most of our work is remote, with founders in the US, UK, Canada, EU and Australia. Everything runs on calls, Loom videos, email and shared docs. We're based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and we schedule around your working hours, not ours.
What technology do you build with?+
Websites and apps in Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js and Tailwind, with Three.js/WebGL for 3D work. WordPress and Elementor when that's genuinely the right tool. AI work uses OpenAI and Claude. This very site runs on that stack — you can inspect it right now.
Will my site actually rank on Google?+
We build search visibility in from the first page we design — clean structure, fast pages, proper metadata and schema. What we won't do is promise you a position: nobody honest can guarantee a ranking, and anyone who does is selling you something.
Can you fix or improve my existing site instead of rebuilding it?+
Often, yes. A speed tune-up, an SEO audit, or a redesign of the pages that matter can be far better value than starting again. We'll tell you honestly which one you actually need — even when that's the smaller job.
Do you offer hosting?+
We set your site up on hosting that suits it — usually Vercel for custom builds — in accounts registered in your name, not ours. You keep the keys. If you'd rather we manage it, that's what a care plan is for.
How do payments work?+
One fixed price agreed before we start, split into a deposit and staged payments tied to milestones. No hourly billing, no invoices that quietly grow, no charges you didn't agree to.
How many revisions do I get?+
We design with you rather than presenting a finished thing and defending it, so revisions are part of the process, not a countdown. We agree the direction together early — that's what stops a project going round in circles.
Am I locked into a contract?+
No. Project work is a fixed scope at a fixed price. Ongoing care and marketing plans run month to month and you can cancel any time. If we're not earning our place, you shouldn't have to stay.
Is my site secure and kept up to date?+
Yes. We build with current, maintained tooling, keep dependencies patched, and care plans include security monitoring, automatic backups and quick patching if something needs attention.
Will my website be accessible?+
We build to WCAG AA as standard: real colour contrast, keyboard navigation, screen-reader-friendly markup, and respect for reduced-motion settings. It's not an upsell — it's just how a site should be built.
Can you help with AI — and is it worth it?+
We build AI agents and automations for support, sales qualification and content — but only where they genuinely save time or money. If a simpler fix would do the job, we'll tell you. AI that exists to look modern is just an expensive way to look modern.
